Sibu town bus and taxi station area

A busy area in Sibu is the Sibu bus and taxi station area.  The tall 'Serdang' palm trees is a unique character of the place.  The huge river in the background is the longest river in Sarawak, the Rajang River.

A typical rural scenery.  This one shows the scenery along the only trunk road of Sarawak, a two-lane single carriageway connecting Kuching in south-west to Miri in the north-east of Sarawak - Land of Rivers or sometimes called Land of the Hornbills.
